What should I do if I have a complaint?

Do you also have shops?

No, BlueFields Fashion currently has no shops. Of course, the BlueFields Fashion collections are available at various dealers. Use our storelocator to find the nearest point of sale for you. The Storelocator is located in the menu at the top of the page, you can click on "Stores."

Can I contact you by telephone?

Yes, that is possible, but the BlueFields webshop is set up as an online shop, so we find it more efficient to deal with queries by e-mail. We hope that you will find answers to your questions on this page, but if not, please e-mail contact@bluefields-fashion.com. We aim to respond to queries within 24 hours (on working days).

Unfortunately, we do not currently sell giftcards.
