BlueFields collects and processes your personal data to keep you informed about the status of your order, the latest collections and promotions and to add your purchase history to your account. BlueFieldss tries to ensure that we only collect the minimum amount of personal data for that purpose. Privacy and the use of your data

In order to be able to inform you or to deliver your orders, to name just a few things, Bluefields needs data from you. Bluefields processes the data of everyone who leaves data with Bluefields, in a Store or on the Web shop. Bluefields also processes data received from affiliates/partners.

Which data regarding you does Bluefields process?

With whom does Bluefields share your personal data?

Bluefields shares your personal data with various other parties if this is necessary for informing you or finalising your order. Bluefields concludes a processing agreement with parties that process your data on our behalf. With this processing agreement, Bluefields ensures that other parties will also handle your data in a careful and confidential manner and, therefore, that they are safe.

You can always ask Bluefields to stop using your data. You can also ask Bluefields to limit the processing of your personal data, to erase your data, or to transfer your data to another so-called data controller. For example, you do not want Bluefields to inform you anymore.

How long does Bluefields retain your data?

Bluefields retains your data with a purpose (see: For which purpose does Bluefields process your data?). Bluefields retains your data for as long as Bluefields needs it for achieving that purpose. Bluefields observes the law in this regard. If Bluefields does not need your data anymore, Bluefields will remove it.

Protection

Your data is appropriately protected by Bluefields against theft, loss, or any other unauthorised use that might be made of this data. Bluefields has taken the necessary precautions to prevent your personal data from being lost, stolen, or viewed by persons outside Bluefields.

Bluefields uses cookies. A cookie is a small text file that is placed on your computer, tablet, or mobile telephone when you consult the website. The major part of the cookies are used by the website itself. These cookies are necessary for the proper functioning of the website.
